Or do you not know that your body is a temple of the Holy Spirit who is in you, whom you. I Corinthians 6:19
When I was younger, I always heard it from my elders that “We have to take care of our physical body because this is God’s temple.” When I grow up as an adult, I’m always reminded of this statement.
I devote to take care of my physical body because this is God’s gift. Whatever body structure and size we have, it’s God’s best gift to us. It is just right to give high regard to our own physical body.
Getting a full body massage today made me feel lighter and better. I’d like to share with you the benefits of getting one.

- Helps control Carpal Tunnel – Carpal tunnel is a painful condition in which the median nerve that connects the forearm and hand becomes pinched. Symptoms include burning, tingling or numbness in the palm, thumb and middle fingers. It can also lead to difficulty forming a fist or gripping small objects. Carpal tunnel patients receiving regular massage had less pain, reduced symptoms and improved grip strength.
